Service highlights
Packing for a move should be grouped by material, weight and new-home room before deciding on boxes, cushioning and labels. The scope between self-packing and team packing, the number of packing materials and whether unpacking placement is included should all be confirmed separately when enquiring.
Packing often takes more time than the move itself. We can pack for you, or unpack at your new home, and arrange packing paper, boxes and wardrobe boxes. Packing or unpacking is $30 per box; moving boxes (21" L x 14" W x 15" H) are $16 each.
Packing into boxes: sort first, then choose the materials
Heavy items, fragile items, clothing, books and everyday essential items should be handled separately. Gaps in boxes need suitable cushioning, and the base and seal must be secure; label the destination room and fragile side, but do not write detailed contents of identity documents or valuable items on the outside of the box.
Our box internal size is 21×14×15 inches. The box count estimate is only a preparation reference; the actual capacity depends on the shape of the items, cushioning and weight. Do not fill boxes with heavy items based only on box volume, and do not mix fragile items directly with heavy items.
Division of labour between packing services, unpacking and dismantling
When enquiring, specify which items you have packed yourself, which need assistance, and whether materials need to be supplied. Furniture protection, boxing items, furniture dismantling and reassembly, and unpacking and placing items in the new home are different jobs, so the scope and fees should be confirmed separately.
Identity documents, cash, jewellery, medication and essential items for the day should be kept by yourself; electrical appliances should be shut down and handled according to the manufacturer's instructions. If there are special materials, ageing surfaces or existing damage, take photos first and state this before packing.

Are the company box dimensions external or internal?
Our 21×14×15-inch box is an internal size. Box quantity estimates should allow for cushioning materials and be packed according to weight; do not fill boxes based only on volume.
