Moving storage is suitable for temporary storage when the old and new home dates do not match, or during renovations. When enquiring, confirm the three stages of removal, storage and return, and state the quantity of items, expected period and retrieval sequence; moving fees and storage fees should not be combined into one lump sum without a clearly stated scope.
If the new home is not yet occupied, is under renovation, or you need to free up space temporarily, items can be put into storage. Storage involves a term, item categories and delivery arrangements; please enquire first for a quotation.
Moving storage: group by retrieval date and purpose of items
First separate items to keep with you, items you will retrieve soon, and items to be stored for the whole period. Number each box, record the contents and condition, and photograph furniture with dismantled parts noted. If items are to be returned in batches, provide the items in each batch and the expected dates first.
When enquiring, state the item quantities, dimensions, expected storage period and both addresses, and confirm collection and delivery, extended storage, retrieval notice and handover method. Storage conditions, access method and acceptable items should be confirmed in advance; do not assume all storage plans are the same.
What should be done before storage?
Items should be kept clean and dry, and electrical appliances handled according to the manufacturer's instructions; food, cash, hazardous items and items unsuitable for storage should not be mixed in. Special materials, fragile items and large equipment should be stated in advance; do not use "a few boxes of miscellaneous items" instead of a list.
If the renovation or handover date changes, re-confirm the storage period and return arrangement as early as possible. Whether early or partial collection is possible, as well as any extra collection or delivery and related fees, will be subject to the actual arrangement and written confirmation.

Does moving storage include later delivery to the new home?
This should be confirmed before quotation. Please separate removal from, storage and return into three items, state the addresses and expected dates, and check the fees and scope of work for each item.
If renovation is delayed, can storage be extended?
Contact them as early as possible to confirm the available period, extension charges and return schedule. Do not assume from the original expected date that storage can last indefinitely or be collected at any time.

The box type, collection and delivery coverage, storage conditions and fees must be confirmed in advance; the written quotation shall prevail. Please do not store flammable items, food, cash, or other items unsuitable for storage.
